Sichuan Baoshan Village Development Academy is located in Baoshan Village, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province, known as the 'Three-dimensional Landscape, Pengzhou City' and reputed as the 'No.1 Village in Western Mountain Areas'. Established in 2016, it is a distinctive cadre academy under the administration of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and has been reviewed and included in the 'Provincial Directory of Specialized Capacity Training Institutions' by the Organization Department of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China.
The Academy is rooted in Sichuan and oriented towards the whole country, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, adhering to the leadership of the Party, and taking 'cultivating Chinese-style modern rural talents' as its educational orientation. It upholds the philosophy of 'establishing the academy with distinctive features and running the academy with professional expertise', dedicating itself to providing talent and intellectual support for the revitalization of Chinese-style modern rural areas.
Since its establishment, the Academy has hosted over 500 training sessions of various types, training a total of more than 55,000 trainees, and has received over 2,000 study and inspection teams, amounting to more than 100,000 visitors.
